The College of Agriculture Forestry and Natural resources (CAFNRM) and the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo organizes the first Global Agriculture Multidisciplinary International Conference (GAMIC) to promote the importance of Global Agriculture amidst challenging times and explore research to find solutions in the areas of crop production, plant protection, sustainability, economic viability, education, and postharvest handling and technology. The conference will be held on November 22-23, 2024 at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.

The conference aims to:

1. To discuss current studies and findings on global agriculture.
2. To promote collaboration among scholars and researchers in the field of agriculture.
