19th Annual Canadian Summit on Food Safety

The 18th Annual Canadian Summit on Food Safety returned to Downtown Toronto in 2024, bringing together senior food safety experts from top Canadian food manufacturing, retail, and food service companies. Attendees had the opportunity to: - Gain unique insights into the latest food safety trends and regulations directly from the CFIA, Health Canada, and the FDA. - Unite with peers to identify best practices in food safety training and culture. - Drive the reduction of single-use items in food safety to meet their organization’s sustainability goals. - Transform their organization’s supply chain to successfully meet demand without compromising food safety. The event saw participation from Canada’s top food safety professionals, including Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee, Maple Lodge Farms, Embassy Ingredients, Sysco, Dominos, University of Guelph, and many more! This edition was an in-person event featuring interactive sessions, curated breakout learning, and face-to-face networking opportunities. The conference was also streamed virtually for increased reach and higher engagement.
