See the researchers who never reached your website
Your own analytics begins at the visitor who clicks through to you. Somebody who reads your listing and does not click through never appears in it at all. This begins earlier — how many researchers opened the listing, how many saved it to come back to, which countries they were in, and how they found it: search, a field or city page, one of our emails, an embed on somebody else’s site, the blog. Aggregate only, never individuals, and nothing that would identify a visitor is recorded — the country is derived at the edge and no IP address is stored.
Where your visitors were
The dashboard
Every conference you run on one screen: what each listing did this month, what is still worth adding to it, and anything waiting on you — a question from review, an edit not yet published, a date that has passed. It opens the moment you add a conference. There is nothing to apply for and no upgrade.
Free vs promoted — honestly
| Capability | Free | Promoted |
|---|---|---|
| Full listing and dashboard | Included | Included |
| Search and landing-page placement | Included | Included |
| Analytics and audience panel | Included | Included |
| Labelled "Featured" placements | — | Included |
| Submission-window placement | — | Included |
Promotion is additional, labelled reach. It is never a condition of being listed and never affects organic ranking — the code that orders results cannot read campaign or payment data at all. An unclaimed listing is never pushed down.
The questions you’re actually asking
What does it cost?
Listing is free. Promotion is optional, with public prices.
How long until it’s live?
Within two working days, typically — every listing is reviewed by a person.
Can I edit it later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Next year’s edition duplicates in one click.
Who can claim a listing?
The organizer — verified by an email on the conference’s domain, or by manual review.
Is this a spam directory?
No. Human review on every listing, no badge walls, no urgency mechanics — and we publish what is not for sale.
What organizers say
Nothing yet, and we are not going to write one. A quotation with somebody’s name on it has to come from the person whose name it is, and inventing one is the same move that makes a conference site look like a mill in the first place.
If you already list a conference here and would say something on the record, we would like to hear it — your words, your name, your institution, and you see it before it goes up. Contact us.
