2025 Annual Meeting of the SRS (Surgical Research Society)

We’re delighted to be returning to Cambridge for the 2025 Annual Meeting of the SRS, which will take place on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th January 2025 at St Catharine’s College. The meeting will follow the usual format and centre on the presentation of research undertaken by surgeons in training, scientists and medical students. Training day for medical students and surgeons in training The 2-day Annual Meeting will be preceded by a training day for trainees and medical students on Wednesday 15th January 2025. Attendance at the training day is free for those who register for the 2-day meeting but places are limited to 40 attendees. The programme for the training day will feature keynote lectures on how to pursue an academic career in surgery and how to write a paper. This will be followed by a session on how to critically appraise a paper. The afternoon will include a talk on patient and public involvement and engagement.
