16th Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Conference (APHC 2025)

As the Organising Co-Chair, it is an honour for me to invite you to be a part of this event, dedicated to the theme, “Embracing Diversity, Empowering Communities.” Mark your calendars for 23rd-26th April 2025, as we gather together at this prestigious conference venue to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge and explore innovative approaches to palliative care. Kuching, with its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty, serves as an ideal backdrop for our collective pursuit of enhancing hospice and palliative care across the Asia Pacific region. Our conference theme, “Embracing Diversity, Empowering Communities,” is a call to action to acknowledge the diverse needs of patients, families, and communities facing serious illness. This theme underscores the significance of creating inclusive care models that respect and embrace the uniqueness of each individual. By empowering communities and strengthening collaboration among healthcare professionals, policymakers, researchers, and advocates, we can collectively make a profound impact on palliative care accessibility, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, receives the comfort and dignity they deserve.
