Selected and presented papers will be published as Post-Proceedings in a volume of Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be abstracted and indexed by EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc. Submission A.Full paper Accepted full papers will be invited to give oral or poster presentation at the conference, which will also be published in the conference proceedings. B.Abstract Accepted abstracts will just be invited for presentation at the conference, which will not be included into conference proceedings.
