Due to the restrictions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, ICERM was not able to host its annual conference in 2020 and 2021. ICERM members usually come together every year during the conference. The next in-person conference is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28 – Thursday, September 29, 2022. Accepted presenters who can't physically participate in the 2022 conference can present their papers virtually via Zoom. The International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM), New York, is inviting scholars, researchers, graduate students, experts, practitioners, policy makers, representatives of indigenous peoples and faith communities to submit proposals - abstracts or full papers - for the 2022 International Conference on Ethnic and Religious Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding. To increase our understanding of ethnic, racial and religious conflicts in countries around the world, the conference will consider submissions from multidisciplinary fields of study and practice. Qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods research studies from university scholars and researchers are accepted. Case studies, lessons learned, success stories, policy analysis or design, and best practices from policy makers, practitioners, religious leaders and indigenous peoples are also accepted. Abstract Submissions deadline: April 18, 2022 To send your abstract or paper for consideration, read the Guidelines for Paper Submission.
