About The 4th International Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS2023) will be held in Xi'an, China during December 15-16, 2023, which is organized by Zhengzhou university. TOCS2023 will bring together researchers and scientists from telecommunications, optics, computer science and other related fields to discuss problems and solutions in the area, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. CFP TOCS2023 invites the submission of original and significant research papers to be published in the conference proceedings. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers.
