The 47th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference - CAS 2024, an IEEE event, will take place in Sinaia, Romania, October 9 - 11, 2024. The CAS conference will bring together prominent researchers, academic experts, students and industry specialists to share innovative ideas and recent advances in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The conference facilitates the exchange of scientific and technical information covering a broad range of topics, from semiconductor device physics, technology and integrated circuits to micro- and nanotechnologies, including micro-nanoelectronics and micro-nanosystems technologies, encompassing all relevant aspects such as modelling and simulation, design, measurement.
