Where the Pacific Rim meets the World;the hope to integrate culture into psychiatry. Join us for a remarkable collaboration between the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists (PRCP) and the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry (WACP). PRCP, established in 1980, has been driving research, education, and clinical initiatives in mental health across the Pacific Rim region. WACP, founded in 2006, is a global hub for cultural psychiatry's study and practice. For the first time, both organizations unite their events, creating an exceptional opportunity, where diverse perspectives and groundbreaking advancements will shape the future of mental health care on a global scale. Save the date for this extraordinary joint congress! PRCP & WACP2025 Tokyo is committed to promoting “sustainable initiatives*” in conferences and events, and is using the “TOKYO MICE Sustainability Guidelines” formulated by the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau to ensure that international conferences are held with consideration for environmental and social aspects. *Sustainable efforts refer to activities that aim for comprehensive development not only from the interest of a specific organization, but also from a broader interest that includes the three aspects of economy, environment, and society.
