At the end of the registration process, you will see a link to make lodging reservations. Be sure to book your accommodations through the VOS link to take advantage of great rates and benefit VOS! Please secure lodging as soon as possible as we often run out of available rooms in the VOS room block! It is recommended that abstract presenters secure lodging prior to being notified of abstract acceptance. Lodging refund policy: Individual reservations that are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival are charged a $49 processing fee but are otherwise fully refunded.
