Adding a conference
Updated 26 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Anyone with an account can add a conference, and it is free. There is no listing fee, no premium tier required to appear, and no arrangement under which paying moves you up the results.
You need the conference name, its dates, where it is held, the field it belongs in and a link to its own website. Everything else — the description, the submission dates, the registration dates, the fees, the programme — improves the listing and can be added later.
Add every date you have, not only the one closest. The dates are what people set reminders on, and they are the reason somebody finds you in October for something closing in March. A listing with a single date is a listing that can only be found by people already looking for it.
The country picker offers all 249 ISO countries. Wherever your conference is, it can be listed.
A one-off conference is not a special case here. It is a series with one edition, so if it comes back next year the second edition attaches to the first without breaking any address.
When you submit, the listing goes into a queue and a person reads it. See the article on how long review takes.
The form needs JavaScript. Searching, browsing and reading conference pages do not, and never will.
